What are the conditions for the risk-free guarantee?
In a word - none. An engagement is broken down into 3 phases - analyse, transform, reinforce. At the end of each phase is a deliverable and a pause. If at the end of any phase you do not think the phase has added value - however you define that - we stop the process and do not charge you for that phase. There are no criteria.
What deliverables will I get?
At the end of the analyse phase, you get a report that details our recommendations for how you should transform. At the end of the transform phase, you get agreed data points that show a step change in results. At the end of the reinforce phase, you get agreed data points that show you the transformation is sticking.
What process do you go through?
The analyse phase looks at your current performance, the causes of your performance and the recommended interventions to transform your performance.
The transform phase implements the recommended interventions.
The reinforce phase builds the habits and routines so that your performance improvement can continue after we have left.
How disruptive will this be?
We can get 80% of what we need through observation. Your project can, and should, continue as normal whilst we do our work. The 20% needs a few meetings with your project team, stakeholders and sponsors.
