A PARTNERSHIP FOR VISION REALISATION
At Kinesis, we believe in building strong, collaborative partnerships with our clients. Our engagement model is designed to ensure that we're the right fit for your organisation and your project and that we're aligned from day one on the vision and the path to achieving it.
Tired of project management firms that treat you like just another client? At Kinesis, we take a different approach. We are highly selective about the projects we take on, because we know that true success comes from a deep alignment of vision, values, and approach. This selectivity benefits you by ensuring that when we commit to your project, we're fully invested in its success.
Our unique process starts with understanding your needs. Potential clients signal their interest in working with us. We then meet to understand your organisation, your current state and your delivery challenges. We also answer any questions you have. We call this "the client interview". At the end of the client interview, both parties decide if we would like to work together. If we both decide yes, you become a member of Kinesis Select.

SEAMLESS ONBOARDING
We believe in starting strong. Our onboarding process is designed to be efficient and effective. We use plain-English contracts and prioritise action over bureaucracy. For new projects, we focus on collaboratively defining the vision, outcomes, and approach. For in-flight projects, we use a proprietary process (FOGLAMP) to quickly get up to speed and identify opportunities for improvement. This means less time wasted on paperwork and more time focused on delivering results.
THE RIGHT FIT, EVERY TIME
When we have availability to take on more work, all members of Kinesis Select are notified. If you have a project you would like to talk to us about, we meet. We carefully consider the project requirements, our team's expertise, and the availability of our resources. If the match is not good, we will pass. If the match is good, we get ready to start. This process supports you getting the best possible team for your specific project needs.

Our FOGLAMP framework helps us assess projects, particularly those in-flight, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for success. We analyze the project across these key dimensions:
FOGLAMP Onboarding
Is the project's focus clear and well defined?
FOCUS
Is the oversight appropriate and do the right people have buy-in?

Are the timeframes realistic and achievable?
